Congrats but you prolly saw it in your feed bc of cookies that track all your internet activity to see what your interested in, Google noticed you were googling things like nails supplies so KZbin picks up on those cookies through your Google email address which keeps track of your cookies and internet searches and boom- now your suddenly getting content recommended to you that fits your exact interest.
