looks like this has been strategy of "hire and fire" from across the years in so called IT and other corporate entities with their vague policies which result in the hapless employees being in no position to speak up or fight against discrimination and adversarial situations!! There needs to be some policy or condition to keep such bosses in check and make them accountable !! Surprising that few characters such as employees get swapped at some intervals but bosses and other key roles sustain themselves all through out , suited though!!

Register complaints at ILO, they impose heavy fines to the organization, and at the end of the story you will receive all your money as per contract with benefits, if you worked only one month and your contract was 1 year, so you'll receive all 11 months salary without working, if organization doesn't have any valid reason to fire you.... For only non governmental organizations....

I was expecting a different version of development of the plot. ... When he comes and knocks at her door, she would pretend not to recognise him and shut the door as though she is protecting herself from unknown males. Then, she will ask (in a loud voice so that neighbours gather) why she would serve legal notice on some total strangers... Neighbours gather... And, in a fit of frustration, he blurts out the truth and then, from inside her house / neighbour crowd would emerge a lawyer or the judge who was looking for evidence of his guilt... Then, he will settle the dues in front of the court ... I was looking for something like this...

Wow!! I really enjoyed it!! It has happened to me Not the same way though I sent them the number of my health insurance and my account and they made a mistake and put my first salary into the insurance number ( it happened they both had 8 numbers) They refused to pay me. I traced the money without success All I know is that summer somebody got my money and they didn’t bother to return it because the insurance number happened to be the bank account of somebody else’s That was 2. 379 euros !!🥲🥲
