First Busse I’ve ever messed with I wasn’t too impressed. Very thick edge geometry and it couldn’t cut for nothing. This was back in 2015 on deployment, but this one looks as if they changed the game a bit. Very nice

The Team Gemini Light Brigade is a thinner stock than the original. I used to have the exact thickness behind the edge. It is thinner behind the edge than Busse Hellrazor 2. I believe I measured somewhere between 0. 033”-0.034 behind the edge. I did put a 17 degree edge per side with a 20 degree micro bevel and it held up pretty well.

Nice video! I bought one when they made a run of them in sr101 which have given great service. My son-in-law actually field dressed a deer with mine 😮. Mine is coated and that has held up well .

I carry mine everyday its a tglb like one in videos og from when walking dead first started i got it stripped coating off my looks sick put a nice edge on it its a great blade and lifetime warranty. Nice video love mine.

Looks nice! One of their better lookin blades. The one I handled, years ago, was insanely thick and I think it was only designed to stab thru rhinos or something. This one looks like it slices a lot better. Really cool knife! Huge respect to Heavyset for loanin her out!

That’s a grail knife for me. Probably because I was a walking dead fan back in the day. It would be wrapped in diaper and stuck in the gun safe lol

The TGULB isn’t for everybody. And it is expensive. But it is my favorite, no-holds-barred, take it with me when the chips my hit the fan, knife. The shape of the scales work perfectly with my small-medium hands. I’ve used it around the yard, used it camping, making fires (yeah, no striking edges). It just works. Maybe not the best at everything. But it is a great generalist. I think it would even work great in the deer/hinting camp. Even skinning. Overall, not a bad review, imo. But I love the knife. Also, you can get it without the coating. I hate the coatings, myself.

That looks like a Busse team gemini ultra light brigade. And as for coatings you have to request what you want.. coating/color or uncoated stone wash or competition finish, or satin. And sometimes a finish that they call double cut. But coated is the cheapest. I chose coated on my light brigade the same color as that one. Mines just a bit thicker cuz its a light brigade not ultra light.

I used to have this blade. I liked it, unfortunately had to part with due to needing the money at the time. But it was a great blade to use
