Tú me entiendes, jajaja.

Also this is just speculation but I believe Hideki Fujisawa had sang God of Funk but it's not confirmed yet.

Wonderful work as always! It 's too bad that there's still no official confirmation on Lala Moore/Noriko Fukushima yet, though it seems quite likely that it was them. It's very surprising to learn that Terry T & Sweet Jody were actually the same person, did they go by two names on the albulm because they're intersex? I notice that on the albulm that 2 Bad lists just Sweet Jodi, but I Luv Hamburgers and Blue Knife (Bust a Move Edit) list both Terry T & Sweet Jody, any idea why that is? Furthermore, do you know if they were already part of the group "Reveman" while working on Bust A Groove? The albulm says "Performed by: Raveman feat. Terry T & Sweet Jodi" for I Luv Hamburgers, but it would be a bit odd to say "feat." if they were already part of the group at that point. Also, did you have any information on who "Chey" is? They're listed as one of the performers on Chemical Love and they're also part of the chorus in the Japanese version of Shorty's theme. Furthermore, do you had any idea who composed the Character Select and Fever Time BGMs? I'm assuming that it was Devi Kobayashi (aka Hiroshi Kobayashi) since they're listed under "Total Sound Design" in the credits, but I wasn't 100% sure. Lastly, have you considered posting your findings on the VGMdb? It's a good place to preserve and discuss such information and you might even be able to come across others with more info on the game's music production.
@TheNameOfYourVoice Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for your message! You know a lot about Bust -A- Groove/Move, isn't it? I was able to talk with them (Terry-T/Sweet Jodi). I can't tell you why they used 2 different names, but they is a very creative person and thought it would be cool. For example, there is a studio that appears in the credits which says "Low End Digital Studio (Las Vegas)", but it is actually from Japan. They thought it would sound cool, hahaha. I think they are a part of Raveman, yes. It is strange, but maybe they wanted to separate the singer from that song or something. About Chey? I tried but nothing. I know she must have been a black singer who also worked in Japan at least until 2007. Her Discogs profile is a bit wrong, because appears another artist. I know she also used the name "Femcee Chey". kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4ulinmZd9OAeM0 I know it's her because if you check that CD on Discogs (cannot put the link for SPAM), you will see there's another person named "Boonie", who sang some song from Avex. Anyway, that CD release is VERY strange. Just a label for that CD? Pseudonyms? Only in USA? Strange. I never thought about the character select or fever time, but you're right. Maybe Devi, because the sound department would be more related to the sound effects more than "music", don't you think so? About VGMdb? Yes, I want, the same with Discogs, BUT, there's a problem. The re-recorded songs never got a release, there's no OST CD, I don't know if I'd be allowed too, but maybe I could add them as "additional info" or something for both pages. You game me an idea! And now that I pay attention, on that website they only mention Takashi, US-Tom & Gee. Anyway, take a look on Google and write "raveman chosen effect on ipfs". Its a bio where they explains better. Well, maybe I will update more info on my blog from the description, but there are many things to write and it's difficult, hahaha. Thank you very much for your support and don't hesitate to make now if you discover anything!
@BlazingAbyss Жыл бұрын
Interesting, thanks a lot for the information. I decided to try taking a deeper look into Raveman, and it appears that they created an albulm back in 1994 titled "PUMPIN'," however for whatever reason it doesn't appear that Terry T was credited on it. Looking around I couldn't find any other instances of them using the Sweet Jodi pseudonym. It's true that the English vocal tracks were never released, but you could always post the information regarding them on the album's discussion page or something. As far as I can tell, a lot of the other info that you've uncovered regarding the official soundtrack and artists for it hasn't been mentioned anywhere on the site either so that additional information could always be updated as well.
@TheNameOfYourVoice Жыл бұрын
@@BlazingAbyss Sweet Jodi's pseudonym was used in a couple of releases, you can check that on Discogs, inside the section "credits". Maybe she/he just collaborated or something, I don't know, but you're right... And OK! I think I'll do that (about putting the info).
