Actually that voice is not actually new they have been using it on elevators for almost 16 years and its common to find a Gen2 Elevator with that voice

if you listen closely, this is a rare variant of this voice. the pronunciation & tone of announcements are different as opposed to the standard “Gen2 voice.”
