On the 13th of August 2011 Simpson stated that there was no way he would rejoin busted but James and Matt may do something together and that he only joined the band because his teacher told him about a guitarist. I was to young to be a fan of Busted when they were around. I would have been about 3 when they started. I became McFly's number 1 fan at the age of 5 when I saw Obviously on MTV.. So for my 13th Christmas I got their autobiography. In their autobiography they mentioned Busted a lot. Yes I knew of them and some of their songs but wasn't a fan. but as McFly kept mentioning them I looked them up. I am 14 and Busted and McFly are my favourite bands and they are the sound track to my childhood/teens
