Once Desi gets used to it she’ll see that she can pedal and just give a little bit of the throttle to help assist her when she needs to. They’re not made to just do one or the other, you can if you want to, but you can pedal and use a little bit of the throttle to help when your in areas where it is tougher to pedal. For instance going up a hill and thing’s like that. I really like the trike though.

What a brilliant little tricycle.I love it,So funny watching you playing on it too.But you do need to use a helmet for these because if you come off and hit the ground with your head it will protect you.Its quite a speed . I can’t walk far and have a mobility scooter that does about 8 mph ,but the problem with them is limited space for shopping .I love the two big baskets on this one and if someone has difficulty getting around this would be ideal,but I doubt it would be allowed in shops like the scooter can.But even so I think it’s an amazing little bike ,I would have had one in a heartbeat years ago.but they were not out then ..Sending you all love 🥰

Be careful if you use the front brake only it will stop suddenly and flip you over the front of the bike 🚲💥 been there did that with a 3 speed bike in the 60's . @Robertson Belly Acres it was not fun .
