there's something about the harmonies of the vocals in this version, slightly less perfected - everyone is singing at slightly different pitches and timings, and it just creates something so pure and honest...

Charlie joined in 2001. If you look at the bottom left it said 6/3/2002 so he was already in the band. Also I think that's him singing after the second chorus
