I used to despise The Miz, because, back then, I hadn't, as of yet, been truly impressed by him. However, over the years, I noticed the grit and determination building, and building within The Miz. I remember watching this skinny kid on M-TV with a belt around his waist telling people he was going to be in wrestling its what he wanted to do. After that he went and was offered just a few times to work at WWE this skinny kid worked super hard bot bulked up his acting became better and better. He then won a real championship he has played a heel and a good guy. He has pulled himself up by his bootstraps. I do not say this often but Miz I am so proud of you and that you went after what you wanted and took it. You are AWESOME!!!! The only thing I want from you is for you and your family to be happy.

I've become a huge fan of the miz. The guy's charisma is off the charts! He is a staple and steady player in wwe now but I think he's yet to reach the greatest heights. I sincerely think wwe should push him to main event scene or he should go to AEW. The guy is one of those very few wrestlers today who don't have to do triple somersaults and flip up and down to sell his matches and angles, he needs to come up with a new finisher though! This guy deserves all the success he gets!

I'm like a lot of other people, I couldn't stand this guy at all. Watched him on Real World thinking he was gonna be a WWE star, then actually showing up in WWE kinda pissed me off because just because you want to do something doesn't mean you should get to do it. He hadn't paid his dues... The thing that changed it for me was watching him as a heel for years. He does so many fundamental things that most modern heels just don't do anymore. People compare him to Flair because of the figure 4 etc. but honestly, he learned how to be a proper traditional heel in the vein of Ric Flair and when he is cutting promos like the Talking Smack, using the slight of hand dirty tricks, and getting a crowd to literally be on the verge of a riot, he's doing his job. That's what made it click for me. Then you see him out of kayfabe and it's a much wiser older Mike than was on the Real World. I respect the guy. He worked his ass off, paid dearly for mistakes early on in his time with WWE then went down a path that led him to success. I can't knock a man for living his dream.
