I can confirm that bee hives can spawn on trees you grow. It can happen in any biome so long as the tree you are trying to grow is close enough to flowers. doesn't matter exactly what kind. except I think if it's the flower that is poisonous to bees they may not spawn. but the hive spawn is still very rare.

Also like lover said, the shovel would beat it in general because it does more damage. A netherite sword does 8 damage, and a netherite shovel does 6 and a half hearts (damage as in hearts) so because of that, if your fist does 0.5 damage, a netherite shovel does 6.5 damage, and the netherite golem has 8 or 10 hearts, (I forgot) then the shovel is gonna do more damage

I think they ment jump across 4 blocks. Also use a carved pumpkin as a hat and you can look at enderman. Wither has more health than the ender dragon assuming the meant. " stronger" in that sense. Go into spectator mode and you can see from the mobs perspective. They also probably grouped all that lapis items together and the lanterns probably as well. In earlier versions I've spawned on stone. Also there's a few seeds that spawn you in caves and obviously stone. You can't sleep in the end or nether because of something to do with them not wanting to soft lock you in either dimension by accident
