Yo Chiz, 100+ MPH is possible with underarm throws. I hit a 103 on my second time throwing one, though it was my last unfortunately. Never fully understood how to do them

I only did it once a long time ago but 101 mph is possible with the regular pitching. Attempt after attempt, I finally got it and my arm was sore for the next 3 days. 😅
