Also in POLUS the story of the imposter starts at specimen and there’s tubes, one of the crew took one up to medbay and dropped it, then it killed them went dug the hole and the closest toilet to the hole actually has a white crewmate in it! So the imposter is just about always the imposter!

There's more to the story than that. After digging the holes the Imposter made friends with Snowman. When you are a ghost go 2 the bottom of the specimen hallway that connects to admin and you will see snowman around a snowman dead body. The Imposter thought that the crew mates tell one of his snowman friends. So he started killing other crewmates.
