น่าปรับปรุงชั้น 2 หรือชั้นอื่นๆรวมทั้งดาดฟ้า เป็นที่นั้งทานอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ แบบเปิดผนังโปร่ง ทำเป็นระเบียงแทนผนังอันเก่าให้มองเห็นความคึกคักด้านล่าง ไหนๆก็มีคนไปเที่ยวล้นหลาม ถ้ามีที่ให้นั้ง จะสร้างรายได้ให้มากขึ้น เพราะบางทีไม่มีที่นั้ง ก็แค่เดินผ่าน ยังไงก็เป็นเป้าหมายปลายทางระดับโลก กรุงเทพมีนักท่องเที่ยวมามากที่สกในโลก และหลายๆจุดยังเพิ่มศักยภาพได้มากกว่านี้อีก
