Why not. This is Manila, it used to be called The Pearl of the Pacific. It used to be the go to place for famous people and dignitaries all over the world to go for a holiday. It's history is rich in its diversity and magic. Just like any major city all over the world , it's got its problem , its not perfect. But gradually thing R improving, and hopefully the government and the poeple can restore this magical city to its former glory.
