Girl, going out alone is the best thing ever!! I used to be absolutely unable to do that, too, and now I just came home to my boyfriend from a week of holiday alone. It was such a great experience! When I started out doing things on my own, it was difficult for me, too (for similar reasons as you mentioned), but now I never feel calmer than when I'm just out and about doing whatever I want on my own.

Summer in the Twin Cities is the best! Also working on my solo journeying-having a book, or earbuds helps me feel a bit less self-concious, especially when I am eating dinner by myself

I struggled with it, too, but now I love going out alone. I can choose freely where to go, how long to stay and I can just go home when I feel like it, without explaining to anyone.. 🤍
