"tell me you're a graphic designer, without telling me you're a graphic designer.... ill go first." answer: amy putting up wallpaper. :) although I hate heels that truly was impressive standing with heels to reach that high up. im 5'6 and I still feel short. its actually a good idea if im alone putting up art work like this. lol. but girl the wallpaper choice is fire! :)

Hey I think they are now allowing reusable cups again in shops (at least in NYC) plus you get a discount and help the planet! BTW authentic matcha should NOT have added sugar in it! I get mine from Whole Foods.

That was me!!! I’m glad you got your matcha 🍵 rice market really is the best. you should try their food too!! They make a bomb pad see ew. They make fresh sushi in the market area too. I haven’t tried their sushi but I want too. I’ll probably do that soon and walk to Logan circle for a nice picnic. I recommend dissolving your matcha in a little bit of warm/hot water before adding it to your milk so it blends better and since you said it’s a bit sweet you can dilute it a bit. Oh, It’s okay if you’re buying culinary grade matcha if you’re making an iced latte rather drinking it as hot tea. If you’re wanting a good hot cup of matcha tea then I’d use ceremony grade. If you don’t want it to be too sweet, I’d get just the powder (unsweetened) next time. you can then whisk 1/2 tsp culinary grade matcha in 1/8c 175F h2o (I’d use an electric kettle for this-don’t use water hotter than that, it will taste really grassy of you do) with a 1/2tsp agave syrup (Or honey if you prefer) until frothy. Then add to 1c any milk (I use oat milk). (If you want a more intense flavor then I’d do 1/2 tbsp matcha, 1/2 tbsp agave, and 1/4 hot water at 175F whisk til froth the add into 1-1.5c milk) This basically was my daily routine but I recently just bought the same rishi matcha mix since I ran out of my unsweetened culinary grade matcha so I wanted to try something new but I’m not really a fan. I’m trying to use it up now lol

I forgot to add I’d also look into getting a matcha whisk with a stand and small ceramic bowl to whisk it in too! It’s been super nice to have.

I remembered I sent this to a friend! Here was my recipe: This is what I do: 1. Heat water in electric kettle to 175F ( I have the MIROCO temperature control electric kettle, I got it off ebay but you can get it on amazon too) 2. Pour a little in a small bowl and add my bamboo matcha whisk (got mine off amazon) to warm it up a bit so the teeth of the whisk are not brittle when I use it to whisk later. 3. Sift with a stainless steel mesh sifter (bought at asian grocery store, but can also buy on amazon), ~1 tsp matcha powder (the matcha I've been using is from the AOI Tea Company, if you're in Philly- the matcha cafe A la mousse sells 100g of their wholesale matcha powder for 20$? (its been a while, I will probably go back soon to get more)) into a seperate small ceramic bowl. 4. Add ~1tsp agave syrup (Trader joe's brand) with the matcha powder 5. Add ~1/8cup heated water into the bowl, then whisk for ~2-3 min until nice and frothy (I play music in the morning when I normally drink my matcha and time my whisk time by finishing one whole song haha). 6. Pour 1 cup oat milk (Trader joe's brand) into cup with ice and then add in the whisked matcha mix. 7. Stir, and Enjoy!!
