​@@Manu_15885 When you write dialogue, the scene is kind of playing inside your head, and sometimes it feels like you're just a scribe for the scenario your characters are playing out. In certain inspired moments, the characters might actually move or speak on their own inside your head, thus making the play much more complex and/or nuanced, and normally we, as writers, love when that happens, cuz' it's easier to write a story when it's already playing itself out. But sometimes we try to write even when the muse is on vacation, and then every phrase feels like a string you have to pull, and the characters seem like mere puppets. Imagine handling a puppet, and then it suddenly turns it's own head to look you in the eye and demand a choice, as to what happens next. It's freaky, but if it were me I would let them, even if the result doesn't make it to the actual story
