I remember someone saying in 2012 that Free SHS is only possible after 20years(2032). So, the question is, is it 20years now for them to introduce free Tertiary for 1st years or continue with the existing free SHS? If not, I’ll say think twice to whom u vote for. Ghana shouldn’t introduce Free SHS on the WHIMSICAL PROMISE OF A DESPERATE POLITICIAN and that many African countries have already made the mistake with its introduction… the question is, are they describing themselves now as WHIMSICAL PROMISE OF A DESPERATE POLITICIAN by saying they ain’t gonna stop free SHS and are gonna introduce Free fees for 1st years in tertiary?!

Even the reason why only few people are not able to go to tertiary schools is not because of money to pay fees but spaces including lectures halls, hostels and other facilities at the universities, Luck of faculty and other workers.
