You need to modify the hydrogen generator to separate hydrogen and oxygen to different tanks. When that is done the hydrogen shouldn't explode as long as no oxygen leaks in to the hydrogen tank.

@@ggesdsdsdsd Yes, as the engine ignites the first potion of gas will be burnt, it will backfire, because there is not only a fuel but also an oxidizer in the gas making it burn.

I love their safety standards. "We use a pencil to plug the hole" and a garden hose as a fuel supply line. Then no flashback arrestor on the hydrogen fuel balloon. Any welding store would have had that. Even a piece of metal screen jammed in the line probably would have worked.

Remember that 2 stroke motors need oil in the fuel, other wise you will ruin the motor

I believe it's a cheap 4 stroke GY6 engine, the two stroke couldn't run on propane due to not having any valves.

In the previous video you made an HHO generator which yields a mixture of 66% Hydrogen and 33% oxygen, the perfect proportion for an explosion. You need to separate the fuel (hydrogen) from the oxidizer. My advice is to keep the electrodes far from each other in the same cell and collect the gases separately at each electrode (you can release the oxygen in the atmosphere). Btw, this method is not 100% clean because electricity is needed for elecrolysis and the power in your house may come from a coal / oil power plant. Moreover, hydrogen burns at high temperature, resulting in production of NOx (if air is used as a source of oxygen).

Guys, it's a 2 stroke engine.. have you thought of lubrication !!! Plus gas explosion is way too dry and produces more heat which will lead the piston to expend and seize against the dry cylinder walls. Still, you can modify your intake hose by installing a small oil injector, which will be a good idea for an upcoming video. Thanks for the video. Cheers.

If you want to use hydrogen as fuel make sure you have high pressure container because at low pressure you will have too little of it for practical use. You can try to make liquid hydrogen but how will you cool it so much?

Good sir you should think of a conveyor belt system with a arm with a floaty that hovers just above the surface of the water to push bottles into it and as it Cycles the bottles up the ramp little holes will let water drain back out you can make it solar power so it runs day and night

yeah, it can work, but two strokes are a bit "greasy", in the sense that they not only need oil but generally they don't like dry, or the oil can be too thick (solvable) or the oil squirter may not work perfectly (maybe), you can try castor oil if it mixes with water or alchol and let it drop little by little (but it may be expensive)... the gas reducer has that solenoid that draws like an amp of current, you can take off the coil and pull the valve via a ring magnet MAYBE (it's 100% sealed)... rubber hoses just don't work, i've learned it the hard way, you need hidrocarbon proof hoses... the gas reducer may be too big, and generally it freezes, so considering your place, heating it up with hopefully water may not be a bad idea... i don't remember about idle and "run" adjustments on the reducer, there may be two screws, also i'm not sure if you need to place the gas injection right before the venturi on the carburettor... mhh, maybe not,... keep an eye also on the spark plug, maybe a colder one will avoid some knocking what a shame those bottles

I had couple conversations about hydrogen fuel before, if your burning the hydrogen as is motor should be plated in platinum. Fuel cells are supposed to work better because combining the hydrogen and oxygen together creates more energy

In order to use hudrogen here its a simple solution.. Make a bubbler and bubble hho through gasoline this will stop it from exploding and make it work with ur regulator

It looks like a 4 stroke gy6 motor so I think the oil should be separated so stop worrying about a dry motor. Its just awesome that these guys got a scooter running off of LPG:) be happy everyone.

Yes, finally someone realised it's a 4 stroke. Those chinese GY6 engines are either a hit or a miss, they are very tough but minor things break often. Also they can't do this on a 4 stroke due to not having any valves, the propane would go right through.

oh and the reason it exploded the first time is you were (probably) using HHO gas, not pure hydrogen, and when you ignited the gas mix, it bled back into the ballon. An easy fix for this is to filter the gas through a column of water, also called a bubbler. I would also install some one way valves also. there is a great source in english concerning HHO production as a PDF. I will link it here. www.doc-developpement-durable.org/file/Energie/hydraulique/HHO_Generator_Plans_pile_a_combustible.pdf One problem I can see with that small of a scooter is the alternator probably will not put out enough amperage to run HHO production well enough to completely replace liquid fuel. Perhaps if you added a 100 watt solar panel to the rear of the scooter it would. Another thing is, apparently, you would have to retard the spark 8 degrees from TDC if you are using either HHO gas (or pure hydrogen) because of the rapid rate at which it fills the cylinder.

WD40 is not a lubricant... It is a water displacer and rust preventative only. Plus, 2 strokes need special 2 stroke oil that is designed to do its job lubricating and then burn cleanly. Other oils can't do that...
