I bought This Perfect World in 1995 when I was 22 years old and working a job on the road away from my hometown for the first time. As a very introverted and uncertain young man, every song spoke to me on so many different levels emotional...and still does to this day.

It is a great album. I remember buying and still listen to it regularly. Every song just goes together perfectly. It's just one of those albums you never skip through and may never learn any of the titles because the story just goes on through each so seamlessly.

This Perfect World was my introduction to Freedy. I can't recall how I was made aware of him given the year it came out. It could be that I found out that both Marshall Crenshaw and Graham Maby played on it, so that would have been good enough for me. Maybe I heard Bad Reputation on the radio. Anyway, what an amazing, perfect album. And it still sounds every bit as amazing today as it did back then.

Butch vigg iconic for recording the Nevermind album. Anyone who got to spend time with Kurt Cobain doesnt understand the significance of it. Meeting Kurt was like meeting mozart or Beethoven. NY unplugged was a historical concert and one of the best performances in music history.
