Then ATC would call the police to guide them to the area. The police will bethere within a matter of minutes and will sometimes catch someone in the act of doing it. The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) is extremely quick to jump the gun on occurrences like this and will file lawsuits and have the person arrested. It's extremely dangerous to point something like a laser at a plane. I'm training to be a pilot and I learned about all this and have heard many stories of these kinds of things happening.

I am a lifeguard and ill tell you why you aren't allowed to wear life vest in public pools. First thing is that parents will allow their kids to go into pools thinking they are safe because of the vest puts huge stress on us lifeguards. Second is that some pools allow vests that are certified. They are the ones that go over the chest and keep the back open, if the kid looses balance he will flip on his back keeping his head out of the water. If its the vest that covers font and back kid can loose balance and flip face first and wont be able to flip on his back causing him to drown.
