The song location.... it is neither some place nor CGI (green screen). Most of the Indian melodies are shot in sets i.e they build those all background scenes in a big studio and shoot them. They just do that to give a better romantic look and ambiance to the song.

I am sure you are aware of the fact that states in USA have been formed based on rivers while Indian states on the languages. Depending on how much money they had at their disposal these states have their own movie making studios. The richer ones who have these studios and rent out to the poorer states. This song is from the state of telangana where telugu is spoken. The telugu movie industry is one of the bigger richer industry where they can afford these elaborate sets like the one you were admiring. They call their movie industry Tollywood. Baahubali and many other big movies came from here. Unlike bollywood there is a lot of creativity coming out of southern Indian states movie industry. Telugu is called as the Italian of the east.
