I have loved Butter Chicken for years and the things I love the most, I always hold back to shoot them and upload them. Specially for butter chicken, there are various versions which I know and I was confused which one to share with you guys and then I finally thought that let’s upload my version of it, how I like it and here it is. The recipe is a tried and tested one and is a result of years of trial and error and anyone who has had it has fallen in love with it. Do try this recipe and let me know how did it turn out. Chicken Makhani arguably is the best curry invented in the indian restaurants ever. The popularity of Butter Chicken is like no other. worldwide. Better than any Kadai curry. If Butter Chicken done right, you will never need any other curry. it goes well with rice, roti, naan or even pasta. I've tried it all. Even half decently done butter chicken. I love this recipe. This is a very clear and detailed recipe. I made this same recipe but to be honest the spiciness spoiled the entire taste. 5 table spoons of Kashmiri chilli, green and red chilli, made the spice level go really unbearable. Usually I prepare the dishes based on my spice level but since I had to serve my guest I used exactly same proportions as yours but spoiled the entire dish taste. I'll be definitely doing the same recipe again with less spice levels and hope my dish will turn out to be good. Thanks again for this recipe again.
