The Tomato Curry looks so delicious. I'm so inspired by the vegetarian recipes you share. No one can believe still that unripe papaya makes great curry, till I make it and they taste it. The Aloe Vera Curry was a real eye opener for me. God has blessed my garden with these organic produce, so your recipes are encourage for me to try things we wouldnt think about putting in a sauce to enjoy ( I dont like ripe papaya so I give away the ones my family dont consume). Agree that this calm and well organised lady is an amazing cook. The cooking on hearth using clay pots in the traditional way using naturesand the freshest of ingredients must be so tasty! I love the way she slices the onions, tomato, green chilli, in different ways using the traditional knife and the beautiful woven mats to place the food. It's all done in a clean hygienic and methodical way in well kept kitchen and garden. Typical village cooking taken to the next level by this super cook.
