Yaaaaassss!!! The creamer is, well was the big secret in my pound cakes. I make butter pecan, French vanilla, caramel macchiato, white chocolate mocha…. Well you get the pattern here.😝 I love coffee so I dibbled into making them into pound cakes and they’ve all have been a hit!

No you didn't, I loves pecan cake. My aunt used to make this cake that we used called it a "Nut cake!" so good. The longer it sit the better the favor and a glass of wine. We used to have it around Christmas time because she used make and mail to us. You made me think of my aunt Sodie.

I attempted this a few years ago. I never thought to grind the pecans, so all the halves settled to the bottom of the pan....so you know what it looked like when I turned the cake out 🤣. Thank you.
