@@themeatstall9001 No, I don’t think so. I have a gas grill, but my boss talks about smokers a bit, and he’s built a couple nice ones, too. But they were larger. The size you have looks more manageable.

Yes you can put it in the oven. The grill or smoker just gives it the smoky taste.Season it with whatever season you desire. I usually just use salt and pepper. Those turkey breast are marvelous when it brine it.

I found a brine recipe online but also found a pricey box at the store. used it overnight. about to pop it in the oven now! probably come out cheaper making my own next time.

@@freema9246 you can use a simple brine of 1 cup of kosher salt, 1 cup of brown sugar to a gallon of water. This brine works for all proteins. You can also add different flavor profiles as you wish.

I appreciate what you did...BUT, you doing tooooo MUCH to that small piece of meat. It it WONDERFUL with just a FEW basic spices mixed with some butter, then just Bake it at 350 for about 2 Hrs or too 170 degrees. It is basically PRE-BRINED, and it comes out SUPER Tender!

@@juliakraemer2116 The best surefire way to ensure that you have a moist tender flavorful is to use a thermometer to monitor your bird. The breast at 165 and in the deepest part of the thigh 175 degrees
