I bought the flowers and use it in my herbal tea. Love the color! One suggestion: It's better to add the honey when ready to serve as heating and boiling kills it's natural beneficiall enzymes.

Hi Scott, I have not tried mixing it with alcohol yet. The taste by itself is not great but it's also weak so I think that alcohol would mask it and you would just get the benefits of the nice color.

Hi Karina, haha yeah you're right the taste is sub-par but with the lemon juice, it's not so bad :)
