For the seeking help. Below are just my own thoughts. Like u said, I’m not a therapist. It’s better to seek professional help if really needed: Mentally: If you ever feel as if you have something on your chest, get it off as soon as possible by venting/ranting to a safe community/safe place. It is important to get rid of any negative emotions, including those to yourself as well. Forgive those who hurt you by a bit but don’t forget. Though, if there are those who hurt you badly, don’t forgive them. Learn and accept that happened and be very careful. There is nothing worse than getting betrayed/letting the thing happen twice. If anything bothers you and there is no place for you to be able to say it out, know that there will actually ALWAYS be someone out there who is willing to lend you a hand and hear you out. Be careful who you vent to but just know deep inside, you will be okay. Someone close to me said there is nothing worse than the sky falling, and if the sky isn’t falling, there’s always a solution to a problem. There is always going to be rain and shine in your path. If you don’t welcome the rain, where’s the rainbow? I mean, there’s always me and many other amazing creators who will listen. If you don’t want to, speak to a therapist. That may be a better idea! I make sure to keep my community a non toxic and positive area. Physical: Ok there’s basically one main thing. If you are in a toxic relationship/household, get out of there almost immediately. It’s not about how long it takes for them to hurt you again. If they already hurt you, there’s a chance that they might again. It’s not safe and getting out of the area may be the best choice. If it happens multiple times and you feel as if there is no way to get out of there and you feel hopeless, call someone you trust and the police if it gets worse. If this happens at school, tell the teachers, parents, or just those who you trust. I’m sure many people are willing to stand up against bullying or any physical abuse. And of course, I’m not a doctor/have a degree for any health, so don’t take it too seriously from me, but just get the idea that it’s not okay to continue being in a negative/abusive surrounding. Find a way to let out your emotions. Keep yourself safe and healthy. Reminder to love yourself that your soul will be the only things with you at the end. Your life is like a book. Don’t let anyone hold the pen. 💕 To all the amazing people who are currently suffering in any way, there is a light as long as you keep trying. Don’t end it. It might be your choice, but what will happen to the people behind who actually care and know you. Don’t be selfish.
