This is comfort food at its best, and when you make it yourself it is infinitely better than those chain breakfast joints. These don't even compare to that to be honest. I go through the entire process of how to make super buttery, flaky biscuits and making a delicious, meaty Sausage Gravy completely from scratch. In the video, I also go over the differences between Baking Soda and Baking Powder and how to test them to see if they are still good or not.

Biscuit Ingredients:
10 oz or 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
8 oz or 1 Stick of Butter
6 oz Buttermilk
Sausage Gravy Ingredients:
8 oz Sausage of your choice
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
6 oz Milk
6 oz Chicken Stock
Salt to Taste
And a Shitload of Black Pepper
