This might be my favourite series you guys have done! Love seeing all these athletes from different disciplines come together doing fun and silly challenges. As someone who has competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding.. I’ve been saying it for years.. CrossFit is by far the best choice of fitness for most people. Functional fitness can’t be beat. The strongman show this as well. Capable of almost any tasks thrown their way.
