Yea, was low tide on this sesh, so had to reluctantly kick out at the end section...turns out it was the QL muscle on my back. Took a lacrosse ball to it and it felt much better 🤙

Hey J, so how many times do you see reef sharks at that spot. My original comment wasn't seeing the reef it was seeing reef sharks. They definitely were not big tigers.

Oh, sorry. Little reef sharks, I don't see too much. Probably because they are small. But I've been sitting out the back on a 4' day and saw a huge (like 12') tiger cruising sideways across the face of a set wave. It wasn't coming at me, but still it was only maybe 50 yards away. That shark is always out there, and there's a name for the shark but i forget. There's a homeless fisherman that I always talk to afterwards and he's got all the crazy shark stories. Maybe I should do an interview with him.

@@OffDaLip that's a crazy story because that's what I used to see. If it's the same one it's obviously bigger right now but I always used to see it cruising through waves as they were coming in, like every time I surfed out there. Yeah my bad for speak texting and sending cuz I thought it picked up the word shark, but that's wild. No joke I just thought it was like a 6 ft reef shark
