I feel your pain! Grade 5 AC separation one year ago. Grabbed a little too much front brake on some slick hardpack clay, coming into a corner standing...felt the front start to tuck and tried to shoulder roll out of it but caught my foot on the bars and went straight to my shoulder. I opted for 12weeks of PT and a permanent knot instead of surgery. So far so good! Just sucked having to be off the bike for over 2 months and the pain was pretty rough for a bit. God speed and heal quick man!
