I'm saying time and again if in wc the pitches are gonna be belter then bowlers will be hiding here and there for cover, cause way English players are playing they will be a force to reckon with everybody is saying that bowling is there weak link but if 2 or 3 of their batters fire 350 400 + score will be on the board everytime this team takes the field, 197 chased down In 96 balls with 7 wickets in hand

This is so boring and predictable to watch!!! I am from Australia and grew up watching one-day cricket in the 70s and 1980s. One day cricket gave the game a much-needed boost. The difference back then was the game was evenly balanced between bowlers and batsmen, with pitches giving something for both and where a six or 4 had to be earned giving bowling attacks a chance of outplaying the opposition. This form is a joke that is so slanted toward the batsmen, with boundaries the size of an under-10s match, where batsmen just have to fart on the ball and it sails over the rope and the slightest indiscretion by the bowler is punished making it impossible for any real battle. The only winners in this form are the marketers and the public's disintegrating attention span!!!
