Back in the Days, when Bloodthirster gave you 100 AD, yes. I was main Caitlyn a long time until Rito Gaemz changed the Meta to highly mobile tanks and bruisers and to ADC Items without actual AD but damaging effects. I am not saying everything was better that time, ASS-ASS-Ins were *ridiculously* strong because all of the nice procetive supports just didnt exist yet.
