We managed to run a sub-2 minutes at Buttonwillow in our little Grip-E36 "Just-a-92" during the final Bimmer Challenge race of the 2020 season.

How is that a stock 2.5 engine

100% stock. Only thing done to increase power is headers and exhaust. Other then that it's only maintance items. Fresh injectors, plugs, coilpacks etc. There is a full episode on the prep of this car in another video.
