god bless you. especially now that lego stores are everywhere would be nice to find specific parts or kits. who is missing rc, long shocks (not to mention adjustable ones), f1 liftarms and so on? advanced vehicles builders want more than power functions! i have some pieces that i keep like a graal, when they could easily be commercialized again!

at 1:20 the person is running after the car. Usually while controlling RC cars you aren't having to run behind them. Is that to keep it in range? What is the range? Amazing car designs.

buggy motors are ancient, awkward, and the best motor lego ever made outside of the pf servo imo... www.philohome.com/motors/motorcomp.htm the buggy motor, given you run it from a buwizz unit (no lego supply ever made was able to handle the amount of power this thing took), is closer to a hobby RC motor than a lego "toy"

I’d say a TRX4 or Axial SCX10 gives you a similar experience. But with a Scale RC you’ve got limitations. LEGO you can make a 6x6 RC in a few hours if you wanted to. Traxxas or Axial you’d have an extremely hard time modding to that extent. Though traxxas and axial are generally built for the abuse (knuckles, axle shafts, differentials) all designed with metal in the right places. Scale RC is cool, but more limited than Modded Power RC Lego Technic. With Technic, you can literally build what your imagination wants, though it’s more of a prototype or proof of concept than a day-in and day-out bashing RC made for abuse. I wouldn’t say it’s a DIRECT comparison. Scale RC lacks imagination but is durable. LEGO RC lacks durability but excels in imagination/creativity.
