It's not easy at all. I am in California. Too much competition and the hot markets are saturated with buyers. And some states have just a few properties a couple of months a year. I tried for a few months and nothing happened. Not to be fooled by these low numbers

Some counties in CA are a bit crazy for sure. There are 3300 counties. Many you can now do online. Time to saddle up and explore! Lots of opportunity.

You might want to explore less competitive states or consider different strategies. Keep at it, and don't get discouraged! There are opportunities out there.

Yeah it will never go for the bid price. But getting 60% off on a house is pretty amazing. But you have to have the cash to buy it

Its easy to think that at first. You have to average it out over time. Some times I go to 5 auctions and I don't get anything then boom at the 5th auction I pick up 5 properties. Most people give up after one auction. Its like a single guy going to a bar once talking to one woman once and she says "I'm married" then saying "there are no single women they are all married" when in reality you just went to the bar once and talked to one woman. This business can truly change your life. Some people will hit home runs at their first auction. Others will have to go to a few auctions. Just like the guy in the bar you have to be ok with some rejection. Sadly most people these days just move onto the next crypto coin because its easy and in the long run they are still single in 10 years lol.
