"Buy Me a Rose" - Kenny Rogers (concert video)

"Buy Me a Rose" is from Kenny's 1999 album "She Rides Wild Horses."
When "Buy Me a Rose" topped the Billboard Country Songs charts in May 2000, the song made Rogers (who was 61 years old at the time) the oldest country singer to have a Number One hit.
Billy Dean and Allison Krauss provided background vocals on the recording.
The song has been featured during several television shows. Kenny was featured in a episode (Season 6, Episode 14) on "Touched By An Angel" in a story largely based on the song.
