For the master, it is 17x16. Apartments, mobile homes, starter homes, etc. have master bedrooms with 15x14, and for the secondary bedrooms, the average size is 11x12. If the master is 1-2 ft above average then the other bedrooms are average at best. When you are spending $500,000+, you should not want average. The flooring is vinyl, which is hard plastic and the bedrooms are average at best. It's the equalivant of Lamborghini trying to sell their new 2024 lambo's for $250,000+ with Honda Accord interior with plastic everywhere.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is simply not the same as standard vinyl and fairly common for builders to use LVP. To compare this house to an Accord is kind of absurd.

As it is a model home, building it will vary based on the lot you select, the elevation, and the upgrades…. The base for this Duval floorplan is about $763,000 as of March 6, 2024.
