Buy, just because you already know there was a pullback in place, and a consolidation, you should already know that the price cannot and will not continue on a downtrend and it will start going up.

Trendline break at or near 200ema with a failed sell setup, aka bear trap, inside of consolidation-- i'd buy just above the bottoming tail bar. No sense in waiting for discounts when buyers just reconfirmed themselves. You don't want buyers to have to reconfirm themselves yet again; that pattern should break and go if buyers are relevant here.

nothing. I need more information than that. seasonal tendency? economic calendar? HTF? Time? This is gambling if you take a decision only based one chart with an 200 EMA. We are professionals and not gamblers...
