I usually find the Snitch at the “snack bar”? south of the Am History Museum. Go through the fence towards Metro Ruins, and its on the right.

My location is the classified assignment entrance, just next to the White House. You fast travel there , turn right and go up the stairs. Always there for me, every time.

The Snitch isn't the same for every player. There are a set number of locations and each player has a location where it's almost always guaranteed their Snitch will be.

This is the only spot I use now. It always has the snitch. If he is not there just log out and log back in. Still not there. Just switch characters and switch back and he will be there. Has never taken me more then 2-3 try’s. If you go right when you log in he is there 80% of the time. If you wait and do other stuff might have to do the log in/out or the switch characters.

I always find the snitch in this location. Or under the bridge by the Cab company. He is never at the stoop.

I'm killing enemy's with the reverse modifier on at long range and it's not counting. It's counting every 10 it seems like. AM I doing something wrong?

It’s random, check The Division 2 map on google and you just have to try different locations
