Stunning stunning home. So well designed. Everything is so well designed except for kitchen, wardrobes and white tiles outside in the back area.....would be better if the floors were dark for ease of cleaning. Otherwise excellent

My Rwandese people I had been watching your videos for a very long time and I like what I seen but I want to advise you guys two things try to make a space between toilet and shower and second to that make the space for each room you have a space, but because of too much hallway inside that why rooms are small .

I have to say that I am very impressed with your presentational skills, very clear and concise. Both properties are stunning. The asking price for the first house is only 92K EUROs and the second one is 99K EUROs. From what I can see, the quality and standard of finishing in both is exceptional. I love your background music, it really sets the tone for what in my opinion are two stunning properties. I love the design of both houses, they are bright and airy with lovely high ceilings. I know that area and it is indeed a very safe, clean and desirable location. One thing that I would have mentioned about the airport is that with the new airport coming on stream in the next few years, the traffic in and out of this airport is going to be reduced dramatically. My understanding is that its going to become more of a military airport with fewer flights and probably more security and investment in the area. So, in my view things are only going to get better for this area in the long term. I'm not sure I like the idea of a toilet without a wash-hand basin in that first house. I find that a bit strange. Other than that it was a gorgeous house. But then you showed us the second house..... The only thing that it didn't have was a swimming pool which would have made it perfect. But, I have to say that I was smitten. I love the long private driveway. The aesthetic design of both of these houses is amazing. I'm curious to know who the architects were ? I so hope that they were Rwandan, because if they were then I so wish that we had such clever and creative architects in Europe. If either of these houses were in any country in Europe you can multiply the asking price by a factor of at least 10. Thanks for sharing these amazing houses with us.
