Normal and buy-to let mortgages are different, but why are they different? Buy to let mortgages are such a key part of what we do as property investors. Hi Jamie, what's the minimum yearly salary needed to qualify for BTL? Also is it advisable I use my first mortgage for a BTL?

What do you guys think about short terms like AirBnb, should it even be considered over long term properties?

I've thought about this but can't get my head around how I'd factor in the cleaning after every stay, especially when those stays aren't always going to be consistent or regular.
