I wouldn't listen to Themba for car advice after those first two suggestions 😅. The young man should look for something like a T3 Yaris or Honda Jazz or go with his option of an i20.

Opel parts prices are very expensive since they left SA.I have an Opel Mokka the worst car I have ever had.40k spent at the agents in 10months..Bought it with 100k kilos on the clock 3 years ago, serviced at williams hunt PE(comeback motors) got a quote of R50k for repairs but declined that quote then I took it to a RMI accredited service center spent all but R4k on repairs.Did a full engine health check and Im still driving without any issues.

On the point of not buying a car outside your province, I also bought my car in Cape Town and drove it to Joburg. Luckily, it's a demo car with very low mileage, so I did not have to worry about it breaking down on the road. But I also agree buying a second-hand car outside of your region is a bit risky, reputable dealers or not kuyafana.

15:40 - still too loud - we can't hear the presenters if the 'background' music overrides what they are trying to say.

Themba is not make sure, I think he should stick to new car reviews. Doesn't seem to have a clue about how expensive maintenance can get on the cars he recommends
