Toronto real estate is very undervalued even before Trudeau’s changes. We now have downward interest rate cycle. The Canadian dollar is so low and good for the economy as it makes our exports low costs, but also will pull all the Chinese investors back in. We also stopped building since around 2022 and the supply will be super low. Trudeau decreased immigration to buy votes, but brining in 390k new people to country instead of 500k will still create big demands.
