Cazoo 300 point inspection so how did they miss the fact that when my daughter in laws Nissan was delivered it was low on oil .

Just picked up an m140i from them and on first impressions I though the car was great but I’ve noticed some misalignment on the rear bumper and boot lid. Had a little look under the rear and found it’s been repaired by cazoo themselves! Can you believe it 😂 I’ll let you know how it goes when I mention it to them. What I will say is that they are brilliantly easy to work with and the customer service is impeccable.

Update** car was returned after the finance company investigated the complaint. Refund and payments returned from black horse, they where easy to deal with and helpful to be honest. Cazoo didn’t bother booking in repairs after 3 months I highlighted the problem so I rejected the car. Unfortunate because I liked the car but evidence it had been in a crash and repaired by Cazoo but no mention of it

The car I got given from Cazoo was a absolute mess black trim all stained with polish cracked headlight and snapped front bumper bracket scuffed drivers side alloy cracked/chipped windscreen they bashed my tailgate into something the oil was so black had to change it twice had to buy new car matts had to give the car a full service myself even though it was ment to have been serviced a month before never again even to this day I’m still waiting for a new tailgate managed to get a new headlamp at Vauxhall thoo I could go on and on but I can’t be bothered

@@VikingViews i got a tesla model 3 long rang ,meant, to be in pefect condition but it had a deep gouge out the boot a really scrached backup camera and a pealing of door sill all worth about £2500 trash service people said they would deal with it, but never dealt with it. They promised compensation, but still haven’t gave any won’t pay out for any of the damage, even though they agreed to

Man i just bought a car from cazoo its due to be delivered next week went on fb saw all the bad comments, called customer services and said look i seen so much bad shit i like to cancel 😂 she laughed and said wait till it arrives and you have 14 days to make your mind its a 20 plate merc and been serviced by merc garage in Sunderland she went through all the work they done in there last year it had new spark plugs all the tyres are done in november she confirmed all this and now i seen this video which made me feel better cheers boys best duo ever overall i dont think cazoo is that bad

Unfortunately i had to ring up and cancel but i think i made a mistake in total i have rang them 24 times over 5 days always been helpfull and when i cancelled the order it took 2 days to get refund so what i suggest is wait for your order and drive it continuously for 2 days and make up your mind

@@reesemiller1572and i bought a 19 plate 1 series from an audi garage when you think you have no option to return it i would say cazoo works out better the only thing i would suggest is dont get an extended warranty as from what i worked out of reviews they basically tell you to go where ever they feel like it the garage could be 100 mile away from you and they dont care

Normally you get a 30min road test at a normal dealer. Then you take delivery. If you don’t like the car or even the colour, you can’t change it…..but at Cazoo you have a 7 day road test in affect to do so. Don’t be afraid to look into buying this way ….try Cazoo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

NEVER buy a car without test driving it first. Once you've paid you're in their systen and getting money back will take weeks.

Totally. They just replaced the brake pads as they went less than a month after picking the car up. Cannot fault them 🤙
