Come house hunting with me!
We are looking to buy a house of our dreams to spend quite a bit of life in.. To bring up kids, to create a garden. We are looking for a place that our kids will call "the house I grew up in" . Join me for some house hunting in Georgia USA! Also, starting to get our now "old" house clean to sell. Some cleaning motivation in here as well.

Jenia, You are so adorable. I so agree with you on those gray baskets. I bought them and I think they have too much chemicals in them. Save them for the garage. You need to buy nice canvas or plastic crates the bedroom. That would turn me off too if I was buying a home. My nose is very touchy and it would let me know. I use thieves too and it is so much better for our lungs. I can't wait to see all your new home videos.

Exciting news, congratulations!!! Some sound advice our realtor gave to us was start packing away excess, toys, furniture, home decor, family photos, etc… The new buyer is able to image their belongings in the space much easier without the excess, we took the advice and not only did it help us get a head start on packing but we realized we could do without quite a few items in the process, it was a win! We too sold our house, 1200 sq ft 2 story sits on 4000 sq ft lot, for a 1700 sq ft 1 story, 3 bd rm ,2 bath with 1.13 acre lot ( all the houses on our street are 1.13 acre) with well water and septic system in semi-Rural area in Pahrump Nevada- we have no children but I have older adult g-kids and great g-son so they can come over and camp out at our place, many blessings to you and your family for finding your dream home!

Congratulations Jenia! Wow, the new house looks great and homey. I'm excited for you and your family. I'm looking forward to your cleaning videos in the new house, your gardening and other coming projects. I love the yard and the wooden gate. One tip before moving is to declutter your stuff furniture, clothes etc and decide whether you need those stuff or not in the new house, that way you will also have less to pack.

Congratulations. My son is a realtor. That’s the way it happens nowadays. Sales happen fast. If you find what you want you have to snap it up. If you take time to think you could lose out. How great that you didn’t get the house you thought was perfect because there was another, more perfect, one for you.
