Honestly my biggest dream come true would be to own a motel near downtown. Would love to make into a boutique motel. Would definitely want a bit more parking and must have a pool area.

@@chakitskrulsawat2.02 It is under construction. But you should do a video about Cipriani Residences in Miami when you get a chance. Because I think after pandemic recovery they will build in Las Vegas. And because your Las Vegas videos are better than Miami realtors. Keep thinking outside the Boxbl. Do a road trip to Miami. Review the food in the restaurant. Give Jessica a Bellini and Carpaccio. I think the trick to this idea (Selling units in Cipriani) is marketing to the attention of women. Bringing Jessica and showing a video of her having a wonderful time in Miami is the note that must be hit.

Remember at the end of the video when she was explaining how this is an opportunity to write grants? If you happen to know anybody who does that for hospitals or for fuel cell technology research startups on a university business incubator, then that person could get you grants to convert the lot to support EV. And those vehicles are typically smaller, potentially creating the extra spaces to fit more vehicles.

As far as exposed wiring, there could be conservation upgrades installed. For example, the last room I stayed at required your door key to be in the key reader to get power for things like lights and television in the room. That way, you are not wasting electricity in an unattended room. And if you have a grant writer, then you could probably address existing wiring issues by using the grant money to install such upgrades.

If the roof is naturally blasted by sunlight from the solar south direction then it would be a no brainer to take the solar power incentives. The lot could be upgraded with solar cell carports.

Thanks but no thanks owning a motel is not for me man. I wouldn't want to deal with that many tenants and that many personalities I'm not a motel 6 or a super 8 and I won't leave the lights on for you we're closed Lol. I would love to own my own laundromat or a vending machine route because I get to work alone I'm an anti social loner so sue me.
