Free ports on the receiver is for transmission servo, rear lights (signal, stop and reverse light} and front signal lights.

Another big negative is they forgot to grease the gearbox's and transfer cases and portal axle gear trains.

Yep your right. Pretty standard. There was a thin oil/grease on the reduction gear. But that was all I noticed. 👍

3rd channel is for 2 speed transmission. You can buy 2 speed transmission kit which includes several gears, linkages and a servo. The gears are added to the gear box and adds a faster speed which is actuated by servo.

I love this truck. I believe the only downside is suspension. Leaf springs are not performing well. I would love to have a 4 link suspension on this.

It does give a little harshness to the ride. I thought mine had been assembled wrong because the front was different from the rear!! But when i stripped it that's the only way it would go back together. :)

That's a good one. If I had to stick my neck out I would say it's more 1:14. Because the D99 is approximately the same wheelbase. And I'm sure in real life the Unimog would be larger.
