How about selling a foreign plated motorcycle in Paraguay? Is this possible?

Thanks for asking. Can you explain us more the context? The motorcycle has a non Paraguayan plate and someone tries to sell it in Paraguay?

It seems that you can sell it in Paraguay. You need to import it and you will pay tax on it as well as some fees. In a nutshell, it seems that you cannot sell it directly to someone. If i get a refined answer i will update this post. Cheers
